Gay Valley Forge, PA: Freedom reigns from the start

The Valley Forge area and Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, is a destination familiar with the passion for personal freedom. It is best known as the site of General George Washingtons bitter winter encampment of 1777-78 where the ragtag Continental troops were forged into a fighting force that went on to win our countrys independence. Outdoor art and architecture abound, especially at the numerous museums in the Valley Forge area. Fashion is often considered art and it is abundant in this shopping mecca. The nations largest retail shopping mall King of Prussia is located just one mile from Valley Forge National Historical Park, in King of Prussia.
